Tian An Medicare Limited (the Group) announced that BDO Limited resigned as the Group’s auditor, effective 24 October 2025. Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu has been appointed as the new auditor from the same date until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting.

The change of auditor aligns audit arrangements with the Group’s ultimate and intermediate holding companies, which both utilize Deloitte’s services. No matters or circumstances were reported by the outgoing auditor that should be brought to shareholders’ attention. The Group further indicated that BDO had not undertaken any audit work for the 2025 financial year and that the change would not significantly impact preparation of the consolidated financial statements for the year ending 31 December 2025. The Group extended its appreciation to BDO for its professional services and welcomed Deloitte as the new auditor.
