On 27 April 2026, Tai Hing Group Holdings Limited (“Tai Hing Group”) informed non-registered shareholders that three key documents—the 2025 Annual Report, the Environmental, Social and Governance Report, and a shareholder circular dated 27 April 2026—are now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.taihing.com) and on HKExnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders who require printed copies, or who wish to change the language and delivery method for future corporate communications, can return a completed request form to the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Local investors may use the supplied freepost label; overseas mailings require postage. Requests can also be submitted by emailing a scanned, signed form to taihing6811-ecom@vistra.com.

Printed English and Chinese versions of all future corporate communications will remain available upon request from the registrar and will continue to be posted online.
