Centurion Corporation Limited (OU8) announced that revenue for the quarter ended Mar, 31 2026 climbed 30% year on year to 89.4 million Singapore dollars, supported by additional beds in its Singapore purpose-built worker accommodation (PBWA) portfolio, the start-up of a new student accommodation (PBSA) asset in Australia and continued high occupancy in the United Kingdom PBSA market.

Revenue from the PBWA segment rose 30% to 69.2 million Singapore dollars, while the PBSA segment delivered an identical 30% increase to 19.6 million Singapore dollars. Revenue from other activities was 0.6 million Singapore dollars, down 7% from a year earlier.

By geography, Singapore contributed 62.6 million Singapore dollars, up 29%. Malaysia generated 6.2 million Singapore dollars, also up 30%. Australia more than doubled to 7.5 million Singapore dollars, and the United Kingdom rose 5% to 11.6 million Singapore dollars.

The company said group bed capacity is expected to grow from about 81,388 beds currently to roughly 85,470 beds by 2027 through asset enhancement initiatives, greenfield developments and its recent entry into Australia’s key worker accommodation segment.

Chief executive officer Kong Chee Min noted that Centurion aims to enlarge its owned and operated portfolio, expand fee-based management services and support the growth of its sponsored real estate investment trust to sustain earnings momentum.
