IHH Healthcare Berhad reported that substantial shareholder Employees Provident Fund Board (EPF) conducted several transactions in the company’s ordinary shares on Jan, 07 2026.

EPF disposed of 344,500 shares registered under Citigroup Nominees (Tempatan) Sdn Bhd [EPF Board (NOMURA)] and, on the same day, acquired a total of 777,500 shares through three separate nominee accounts—250,000 shares under [EPF Board (CIMB PRI)], 500,000 shares under [EPF Board (RHBISLAMIC) IC] and 27,500 shares under [EPF Board (CPIAM EQ) IC].

Following these dealings, EPF’s direct holding in IHH Healthcare Berhad rose to 1,114,999,714 ordinary shares, representing 12.619 % of the company’s issued share capital.

The company received the notice of change on Jan, 12 2026.
