Ocean Star Technology Group Limited (the “Company”) and Shandong Hanno Jiachi Liquor Industry Co., Ltd.* (“Shandong Hannuo”) have reached an intention in principle to establish a joint venture for the development of the spirits business. Shandong Hannuo has extensive experience and strong market operation capabilities in the spirits industry, and the joint venture aims to build nationwide coverage in mainland China. According to the latest announcement, no binding agreement has been entered into at this stage.

In other developments, the Company will continue with the suspension of trading in its shares. Following announcements dated 27 June 2025 regarding inside information and delayed publication of the Company’s annual results, and another dated 2 July 2025 on the suspension of trading, the shares have remained suspended on the Stock Exchange since 2 July 2025. The suspension will continue pending the publication of further inside information announcements. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s securities.
