This represents approximately 10.24% of the total issued H-shares of Hebei Yichen as of the date of this announcement, for a total consideration of approximately HKD 13.97 million (excluding transaction costs).

Following the completion of this transaction, the company's holding in Hebei Yichen will be reduced to 2.6 million shares.
