The property, situated at Lot 5-18, 2-Chome, Fukushin, Naniwa-ku, Osaka, Japan, is a nine-story hotel building with a total floor area of approximately 1,042 square meters, comprising 48 hotel guest rooms. The property is currently leased to an independent hotel operator and is being operated as a boutique hotel.
The Bauhinia Hotels Group Japan 3 is solely funded and controlled by the joint venture company Optimal Trade Holdings Limited, in which Best Range Global holds a 60% interest. Best Range Global is a wholly-owned subsidiary of HON KWOK LAND (00160) and an indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the associated entity.
