FOREST CABIN (02657) has announced that the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) has recently accepted the company's application regarding the proposed implementation of an H-share full circulation plan. The application was submitted on behalf of certain company shareholders. According to the relevant application documents, the company has applied to convert 33,570,658 issued domestic non-listed shares held by the relevant shareholders, representing approximately 23.6815% of the company's total issued share capital as of the date of this announcement, into H-shares and list them on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. Following the completion of the H-share full circulation, all domestic non-listed shareholders participating in the plan will still be required to abide by their share lock-up commitments in accordance with the Listing Rules and applicable laws and regulations.
