On September 4, a public hearing was convened by the Malipo County Development and Reform Bureau at the county government affairs building to discuss the proposed plan for adjusting and setting urban sewage treatment fee standards. More than 70 participants attended, including deputies to the People's Congress, members of the Political Consultative Conference, experts and scholars, representatives from relevant government departments, business operators, and consumer representatives.

The session provided a detailed overview of the background, practical rationale, and the draft proposal for the price adjustment, highlighting its critical role in improving industry operations and management, encouraging public resource conservation, and advancing the high-quality development of public utilities. The primary objective was to facilitate collective deliberation on the proposed price changes, ensuring the plan's fairness and standardization.
