Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited has reported that HSBC International Trustee Limited, Jersey Branch, acting as trustee of a family trust associated with directors Ben Keswick and Adam Keswick, disposed of 29,061 ordinary shares on Sep, 17 2026.

The shares were sold on the Singapore Exchange at an average price of US$57.024 per share, amounting to about 2.25 million Singapore dollars in total consideration.

The sale was disclosed on Sep, 21 2026 as an initial notification in line with UK Financial Conduct Authority requirements for transactions by persons closely associated with company directors.
