PHOENITRON HOLD (08066) announced that, as the company and its former auditor, Da Hua Ma Shi Yun Certified Public Accountants Limited, failed to reach an agreement on the audit fees for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, the company proposed a change of auditor. Consequently, Da Hua Ma Shi Yun has resigned as the company's auditor, effective from December 30, 2025.
