DCWT (03768) has announced that Mr. Mu Yong has been appointed as an Executive Director of the company, effective May 18, 2026. Concurrently, Mr. Mu Yong has been appointed by the Board as the Chairman of the Board, the Chairman of the Strategy and Investment Committee, and a member of both the Remuneration and Appraisal Committee and the Nomination Committee, with these appointments also taking effect from May 18, 2026. Furthermore, based on the results of the company's procurement process, the Board has proposed the reappointment of Zhong Shen Zhong Huan Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) as the company's domestic auditor for the 2026 fiscal year.
