Distinct Healthcare Q1 2026 revenue rises 12–16%, organic in-person services up 23–28%

Distinct Healthcare Holdings Limited reported preliminary first-quarter 2026 revenue of RMB 280.00–290.00 million, representing year-on-year growth of 12–16%.

Excluding Wuhan Dragon World, in-person healthcare service revenue reached RMB 255.00–265.00 million, an organic increase of 23–28% from the prior-year period. Paid patient visits grew 12% to approximately 216 thousand.

Operational highlights for the quarter included: • Network upgrade – Suzhou Huxi Institution completed its transition to a One-stop Healthcare Service Institution, expanding into child psychology, developmental and behavioral pediatrics, pediatric speech and language therapy, adult health management, physical therapy, and mental health. • Subscription model – A new “innovative drugs + medical services” subscription offering was launched in March 2026, initially targeting weight management, sleep, and allergy segments with integrated online/offline support. • AI integration – An AI Family Health Record feature was introduced on the company’s WeChat Mini Program, offering AI-driven health-data structuring and coordinated family care plans.
