Truly International Holdings Limited (TRULY INT'L) reported unaudited net consolidated turnover of HK$1.22 billion for May 2026, a year-on-year decline of 13.4% versus HK$1.41 billion in May 2025.

For the five months ended 31 May 2026, cumulative unaudited turnover reached HK$5.55 billion, down 16.7% from HK$6.66 billion recorded in the corresponding period of 2025.

The disclosure was made under Hong Kong Listing Rule 13.09 and Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance to keep shareholders and potential investors informed of the Group’s latest business performance.
