China Boton repurchases 40,000 shares at HKD 1.27, treasury stock rises to 82,000 units

China Boton Group Company Limited disclosed a share repurchase on 27 May 2026 involving 40,000 ordinary shares bought on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at HKD 1.27 per share, for a total outlay of HKD 50,800.

Following the transaction: • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) decreased to 1.08 billion, down 0.0037% from 26 May 2026. • Treasury share holdings doubled from 42,000 to 82,000 shares. • Total shares in issue remained unchanged at 1.08 billion, as the repurchased shares are held in treasury and not yet cancelled.

The repurchase forms part of the company’s mandate approved on 22 May 2026, which authorises the buy-back of up to approximately 108.05 million shares. To date, 40,000 shares—equivalent to 0.0037% of the authorised limit—have been repurchased. Under Hong Kong listing rules, China Boton is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or offloading treasury shares until 26 June 2026.
