Silver Bow Mining Corp. (SBMT.US), a mineral exploration company, has revised the terms for its upcoming initial public offering. The company, which holds multiple projects in Montana, now plans to raise $50 million by offering 4.3 million shares at a price range of $10 to $13 per share. This adjustment follows a previous filing in which the company intended to offer 3.7 million shares within a price range of $12 to $15. Based on the midpoint of the revised terms, the total intended capital raise remains consistent with earlier expectations.

Silver Bow Mining holds approximately 3,347 acres of granted mineral rights in Silver Bow County, Montana, and focuses on the exploration and development of silver, zinc, gold, lead, and copper deposits. The company's primary mineral rights asset is the Rainbow Mine property, which covers about 878 acres and is currently the only significant asset under active exploration and development. In addition to the Rainbow Mine, the company holds approximately 2,469 acres of mineral rights in Silver Bow County, including the Margret Ann Mine, Goldsmith Mine, Travona Mine, and Emma Mine properties.

Silver Bow Mining has not yet generated revenue. The company was founded in 2020 and plans to list on the NYSE American exchange under the ticker symbol SBMT. The joint book-running managers for the offering are Cantor Fitzgerald, Research Capital USA, Joseph Gunnar, Roth Capital, and R.F. Lafferty & Co.
