KATO (HK) HLDGS (SEHK: 02189) has announced its annual results for the period ending March 31, 2026. The group achieved revenue of HK$354 million, marking an increase of 11.6% year-over-year.
Profit attributable to the company's owners amounted to HK$34.224 million, representing a significant rise of 56.39% compared to the previous year. Earnings per share were HK3.42 cents, and the board has proposed a final dividend of HK3 cents per share.
The company attributed the revenue growth primarily to increased income from its residential care home services. This was driven by the full-year operation of two care homes in Lam Tin, which commenced operations in June and September 2024, respectively, and the commencement of operations at a new care home in Tsuen Wan during the financial year. This growth was partially offset by a decrease in revenue from medical and laboratory services.
