The company recommends shareholders review these documents electronically to accelerate information access and reduce printing costs.

Printed copies remain available free of charge for investors who have previously elected hard-copy delivery or who submit a new request. To obtain physical documents, shareholders should complete and return the enclosed reply form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the provided prepaid label or via email to 6100-ecom@vistra.com.

Tongdao Liepin underscores that maintaining a functional email address is the shareholder’s responsibility.
