Beijing UBOX Online Technology Corp. (UBOX Online) disclosed that it bought back 76,500 H-shares on 17 June 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging between HK$2.28 and HK$2.30 per share. The volume-weighted average repurchase price was HK$2.2925, bringing the total cash outlay to approximately HK$0.18 million.
\n\nPost-transaction, the company’s outstanding share capital (excluding treasury shares) decreased to 945.26 million shares from 945.33 million shares, representing a reduction of 0.01%. Treasury shares increased to 1.26 million, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 946.51 million.
\n\nThe buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 28 May 2026, which authorises UBOX Online to repurchase up to 94.65 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 1.26 million shares, equating to 0.13% of the company’s issued share capital at the mandate date.
\n\nIn accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, UBOX Online is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or any sale or transfer of treasury shares until 17 July 2026.
