Gaoyu Finance Group Limited released a shareholder notification dated 5 June 2026 confirming that a bilingual circular entitled “Major Transaction – Supply Chain Financing Transactions” is now available on both the company’s website (www.gyf.com.hk) and HKEX’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The circular details a major transaction involving supply-chain financing arrangements. Registered shareholders who have not yet provided an email address, or whose email address is no longer valid, can submit the enclosed reply form to receive future corporate-communication alerts by email instead of printed notices.

Reply forms may be returned by email to 8221-corpcomm@unionregistrars.com.hk or by post/hand delivery to the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Union Registrars Limited, at Suites 3301-04, 33/F, Two Chinachem Exchange Square, 338 King’s Road, North Point, Hong Kong. Local shareholders can use the pre-paid mailing label provided; overseas shareholders must affix appropriate postage.

Shareholders may request printed copies of all future corporate communications at any time by written notice to the registrar. If technical difficulties prevent access to documents on the designated websites, printed copies will be supplied free of charge upon request.
