To further boost consumption and promote industrial prosperity, he proposed implementing multiple measures to unleash consumer potential. This includes continuously advancing the equalization of basic public services and increasing the supply of high-quality, affordable services in healthcare, elderly care, and child care. The "Anhui Consumption Drive" campaign should be further promoted. The design of consumption vouchers at various levels and subsidy policies for trade-in programs should be optimized by lowering the thresholds for application and use, with a focus on favoring major expenditures such as green, smart home appliances, new energy vehicles, and service consumption in catering, culture, and tourism. A long-term mechanism linking consumption and industry should be established, deeply integrating consumption-stimulating policies with the development strategies of key provincial industries like new energy vehicles and next-generation information technology. Efforts should also be made to vigorously develop convenient community consumption networks, implement "micro-renewals" of idle spaces within residential areas, and focus on unleashing the consumption potential of households with elderly members and young children.
