ZJ INNOLIGHT (03308) has announced the allocation results for its global offering. The company is offering a total of 54.5 million H-shares globally, with 10% reserved for the Hong Kong public offering and 90% for the international placement.

The final offer price has been set at HK$980 per share. From the global offering, the company expects to raise net proceeds of approximately HK$52.891 billion.

Each trading lot consists of 50 shares. Trading of the H-shares on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong is scheduled to commence at 9:00 a.m. (Hong Kong time) on Thursday, July 30, 2026.

The Hong Kong public offering tranche received 16.84 times oversubscription, while the international placement tranche achieved 9.73 times oversubscription.
