BLOKS Climbs Nearly 10% in Early Trading, First Interim Dividend Declared After 30% Net Profit Growth

BLOKS (00325) surged nearly 20% in the previous session and continued its upward momentum, gaining nearly 10% in early trading on Friday. As of press time, the stock was up 9.65%, trading at HK$77.85, with a turnover of HK$66.4739 million.

BLOKS announced its first-half results, reporting revenue of RMB 1.78 billion, a year-on-year increase of 32.7%. Adjusted net profit reached RMB 401 million, up 25.1%, while net profit stood at RMB 387 million, a 30.5% rise. The company declared an interim dividend of HK$0.3247 per share, marking its first dividend payment since listing.

Looking ahead to the second half of the year, BLOKS will continue to drive product development based on its "BLOKS" system, fostering new series incubation to explore diversified growth opportunities. The overseas business and new categories, such as building block cars, offer vast growth potential. Profitability is expected to improve as new categories achieve economies of scale. The company is viewed as a high-quality IP commercialization toy platform with strong growth potential and scarcity, maintaining a "buy" rating.
