Jinhai Medical Technology Limited (Stock Code: 2225) announced that its indirect wholly owned subsidiary, Jinhai Technology Development (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., has signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Medtronic Changzhou Medical Device Co., Ltd., an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Medtronic. The agreement, which runs for one year from 6 November 2025 and can be renewed 30 days before expiry, focuses on promoting real-time navigation and tracking spinal endoscope techniques in clinical applications across the PRC.

Under the agreement, both parties will explore developing an integrated solution for navigated spinal endoscopy centered on clinical needs. They plan to invest resources in academic exchange activities to foster technological advancements, as well as provide each other with endoscope prototypes to support demonstrations, trainings, and marketing. Although these areas of cooperation are not yet legally binding, they establish a framework for future formal agreements once all conditions are met.

Jinhai Medical Technology Limited is principally involved in manpower outsourcing, dormitory services, IT services, construction ancillary services, and minimally invasive surgery solutions. Jinhai Technology Development (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. specializes in endoscope products. Medtronic Changzhou engages in the manufacture and sales of medical devices. Both parties have stated that they are independent from each other in ownership and operation.
