OSL Group Limited disclosed that it allotted 2.98 million ordinary shares on 22 April 2026 under the 2025 Share Award Scheme, following an announcement dated 13 May 2025.

The new shares were issued at HKD 0.01 apiece, adding 0.33 % to the company’s pre-issue share base of 899.29 million. After the allotment, total issued shares rose to 902.27 million.

The shares were granted to scheme participants who are not directors. No treasury shares were involved, and the filing recorded no share repurchases, redemptions, or on-market sales.

The board confirmed that the transaction complied with all applicable Hong Kong listing rules and regulatory requirements, and that all proceeds have been received in full.
