CGS Executive Director Qu Yanping Resigns After Reaching Statutory Retirement Age

China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. (CGS) announced that Ms. Qu Yanping has resigned as Executive Director and member of the Compliance and Risk Management Committee, effective 10 August 2026, upon reaching the statutory retirement age.

The Board confirmed that Ms. Qu has no disagreements with the Board and that no other matters require shareholder attention in relation to her departure.

During her tenure, Ms. Qu advanced CGS’s strategy of building a first-class investment bank, reinforced a compliance-driven operating philosophy, supported ongoing transformation initiatives and contributed to the enhancement of corporate governance structures. The Board expressed its formal gratitude for her service.

Following the resignation, CGS’s Board comprises: • Executive Directors – Wang Sheng (Chairman) and Xue Jun (Vice Chairman and President) • Non-executive Directors – Yang Tijun, Li Hui, Huang Yan and Song Weigang • Independent Non-executive Directors – Law Cheuk Kin Stephen, Liu Li, Ma Zhiming and Fan Xiaoyun
