China Partytime Culture Holdings Limited (01532) reported that its authorized share capital at the end of November 2025 remained at 5,000,000,000 ordinary shares, each with a par value of HKD 0.01, totaling HKD 50,000,000. The issued share capital continued at 1,807,263,120 ordinary shares with no treasury shares.

Under the Share Option Scheme adopted on 7 August 2015, there were 35,200,000 outstanding share options at month-end.
