On May 9th, the 11th Employee Technological Innovation Achievements Exhibition of Jinchuan Group welcomed its first group of visiting employees at the exhibition hall on the second floor of the group's library. Staff from headquarters, Jinchuan Nickel & Cobalt, Jinchuan Nickel & Cobalt Longshou Mine, and other subsidiaries closely observed innovation results from various positions. The exhibition, themed "Innovation Empowers Problem-Solving, Optimization Drives Efficiency Breakthroughs," was meticulously organized into six sections: Nickel & Cobalt, Copper & Precious Metals, Technology, New Energy, New Materials, and Technology Innovation. It showcased 418 employee innovation achievements since 2023, comprehensively covering all group industrial sectors including mining and mineral processing, metallurgy and chemical engineering, new equipment, new materials, new energy, digital AI intelligence, medical services, and ecological agriculture. The exhibition systematically presented the abundant innovative outcomes where employees, based on their posts, solved problems and enhanced quality and efficiency. Inside the hall, various innovation models and samples were neatly displayed alongside detailed and clear graphic panels. The principal creators at each section earnestly introduced the project background, main challenges, measures and innovation points, implementation effects, and benefit evaluations of their achievements. They also guided visitors to watch the group's innovation promotion video. Attendees listened attentively, paused for closer inspection, and engaged in lively discussions. At the "High-Precision 'Hand-Tear Nickel Strip' Process Integration and Optimization" booth, many tried tearing the ultra-thin pure nickel strip, which is only 0.05mm thick, to directly experience its excellent performance. At the "Medical Alloy Series Product Development and Application" booth, samples of human alloy joints quickly captured visitors' interest, sparking discussions on product R&D and clinical applications. The exhibition prominently featured innovations from industry-leading talents. Achievements led by Pan Congming, a National Craftsman and National Model Worker, such as "R&D and Application of Comprehensive Recovery Process for Platinum, Palladium, and Rhodium from Silver Anode Slime Leachate" and "Process Innovation and Application for High-Efficiency Platinum Refining" were displayed. Results co-developed by National Model Worker Peng Ming, including the "Self-Feedback Fully Automatic Intelligent Flattening Processing Device for Starting Sheets" and "R&D and Application of Intelligent Cathode Shaping Processing Device," were presented. Creations led by Chai Guoliang, a National Craftsman and National Model Worker, such as "Quality Improvement of High-Quality Electrolytic Nickel," were also showcased, fully demonstrating the innovative strength of the group's highly skilled personnel. Furthermore, a batch of achievements with high technological content and significant efficiency potential, like "High-Temperature Alloy Powder Series Product Development and Application" and "R&D and Application of Intelligent System for Solution Preparation, Acid Dosing, and Electrolyte Turbidity Detection in Nickel Electrolysis Production," were collectively exhibited, comprehensively showcasing Jinchuan employees' capabilities in areas like intelligent upgrading and new material R&D. It is reported that the centralized viewing period for this exhibition will last until May 28th, with various units visiting in scheduled batches. From May 29th to July 30th, the event will enter a thematic exchange phase. Units will conduct "Themed Innovation Day" seminars focusing on cost optimization and efficiency creation, safety production, and digital-intelligent empowerment to promote the sharing and transformation of outstanding achievements. After the visit, employees expressed their intention to actively learn from advanced experiences, delve into innovation based on their positions, and translate their observations into practical work results. They aim to uphold their original aspirations with craftsmanship and promote development through innovation, contributing wisdom and strength to building a "Trillion-Yuan Jinchuan" and accelerating the construction of a world-class enterprise.
