Zhaoke Ophthalmology Limited has dispatched a circular convening its 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 15 May 2026, 3:00 p.m., at Unit 716, 7/F, Building 12W, Phase 3, Hong Kong Science Park, Shatin.
Key resolutions to be tabled:
1. Capital management authorities • Share Repurchase Mandate: Directors seek authority to buy back up to 10% of the issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) in the period to the next AGM. • Issue Mandate: Board requests approval to allot and issue (or transfer treasury shares) up to 20% of the issued share capital, with an additional top-up equal to shares repurchased under the above mandate.
2. • Register of members closes 12 – 15 May 2026 (both days inclusive); share transfers for voting eligibility must be lodged by 4:30 p.m. on 11 May 2026. • Proxy forms must reach Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services by 3:00 p.m. on 13 May 2026. • All AGM resolutions will be decided by poll, with results released through the Stock Exchange.
