Goldwind Science & Technology Co., Ltd. announced the composition of its ninth Board of Directors, detailing executive, non-executive, independent and employee representatives, as well as the updated membership of four specialised committees.

The Board comprises eight directors. Executive representation includes Chairman Wu Gang and Vice-Chairman Cao Zhigang. Non-executive seats are held by Gao Jianjun and Yang Liying. Independent non-executive directors are Tsang Hin Fun Anthony, Liu Dengqing and Miao Zhaoguang, while Yu Ning serves as the employee representative director.

Committee leadership is distributed as follows: • Audit Committee – chaired by Tsang Hin Fun Anthony, with Liu Dengqing and Miao Zhaoguang as members. • Remuneration and Assessment Committee – chaired by Liu Dengqing; members include Yang Liying and Miao Zhaoguang. • Nomination Committee – chaired by Miao Zhaoguang, with Tsang Hin Fun Anthony and Yang Liying as members. • Strategic Committee – chaired by Wu Gang; members are Cao Zhigang, Gao Jianjun and Miao Zhaoguang.

The appointments were confirmed in Beijing on 16 June 2026.
