Yidu Tech Inc. has announced a slight delay in releasing its audited consolidated results for the financial year ended 31 March 2026. The Board Meeting—initially slated for 28 June 2026 to approve and publish the figures and consider a final dividend—has been rescheduled to 30 June 2026.

The postponement follows information received on 22 June 2026 by the Audit Committee regarding the conduct of an employee. An independent forensic expert assisted the Committee in its assessment, which concluded with no substantive findings. The company is continuing to work with its external auditor to finalize the annual audit.

Yidu Tech stated that the additional time will facilitate completion of remaining audit procedures before the Annual Results are published. Investors were reminded to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.

As of the announcement date (28 June 2026), the Board comprises three executive directors—Ms. Gong Yingying (Chairlady), Mr. Xu Jiming, and Ms. Feng Xiaoying—one non-executive director, and three independent non-executive directors.
