LINMON MEDIA (09857) has announced the completion of its strategic investment in Shanghai Wuliu Culture Co., Ltd. This investment represents a key step in the group's effective implementation of its core strategy, which focuses on "people-centric, IP-anchored, and AI-empowered" operations across the entire IP value chain. It is a significant move in advancing the group's strategic upgrade from content production to full IP value chain operation, marking a continued deepening of its presence in the lifecycle value operation of intellectual properties.

Wuliu Culture, established in 2020, specializes in comprehensive commercial IP operations, with a core focus on collectible cards. Its product range extends to publications, plush toys, trendy collectibles, and various other derivative forms. The company holds the leading position in China's film and television collectible card segment and is widely recognized as a "hit-maker" in the industry. Its themed bracelet for "Till the End of the Moon" and the official art book for "Mysterious Lotus Casebook" topped the 2023 sales charts for domestic film and television cultural products and annual art books, respectively. Collectible card series for "The Dream of Splendor" and "Eternal Night River" sold out immediately upon release, setting a new benchmark for live-action film and television collectible cards in 2024. The company is also set to launch multiple high-profile collectible card projects in 2025, including those for "A Dream of Books," "Journey to Mountains and Seas," and "Ascend to the Clouds." Wuliu Culture's GMV exceeded RMB 200 million in 2025.

Guided by an understanding of IP industry dynamics and a philosophy of open collaboration, the group continues to enhance its full-chain capabilities for IP commercialization. Prior to this strategic investment, LINMON MEDIA had already collaborated with Wuliu Culture on several major IP derivative projects, such as "Under the Skin 2" and "A Dream of Books," laying a solid foundation for deeper cooperation. This strategic investment is a proactive move aligned with the group's long-term IP operation strategy, aimed at amplifying its existing IP advantages, expanding the scope and scenarios for IP commercialization, and strengthening the closed-loop process from content creation to consumer experience.

In terms of expanding IP commercialization across categories, the group will leverage its rich library of high-quality series IPs and the enhanced full-chain commercial capabilities gained from this investment. It will systematically scale the extension of its leading IPs into diverse categories such as collectible cards, trendy figures, digital derivatives, and publications, establishing a complete commercial cycle from content creation and IP incubation to pre-development, product launch, user engagement, and sustained repurchase. The group will also deepen its pre-development initiatives and full-lifecycle operations to ensure IP value is released more comprehensively, sustainably, and systematically beyond the content broadcast period.
