Central China Securities Co., Ltd. (“CC Securities”) filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 5 August 2026, covering the period ended 31 July 2026. Key points are as follows:

• Share capital stable: Authorised/registered (effectively issued) H shares remained at 1.20 billion, while A shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange stayed at 3.45 billion. Par value for both classes is RMB 1 per share, leaving total issued share capital at RMB 4.64 billion.

• No movements in issued or treasury shares: The company recorded zero increases or decreases in both H and A share counts during the month. Treasury shares remained nil.

• Public-float met: CC Securities confirmed compliance with the Main Board Rule 13.32D(1), maintaining the minimum 5 % public-float requirement for its H shares.

• No outstanding options, warrants, convertibles or other agreements to issue shares: Sections covering share options, warrants, convertibles and other equity instruments were marked “Not applicable,” indicating no such instruments were outstanding or newly issued in July.

• Regulatory confirmations: The filing, signed by Company Secretary Kwong Yin Ping Yvonne, states that any securities-related activities during the period were duly authorised and complied with all applicable listing rules and legal requirements.

The unchanged capital structure and full regulatory compliance suggest operational stability in CC Securities’ equity base for the month under review.
