Pioneer Reward Limited (the “Issuer”), incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, announced the listing of HKD3,100,000,000 2.95% Guaranteed Notes due 2028 (Stock Code: 40071) on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. These notes are part of the U.S.$10,000,000,000 Guaranteed Medium Term Note Programme, unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Huatai Securities Co., Ltd. (華泰證券股份有限公司) (Stock codes: 601688.SH, 6886.HK, HTSC.LI).

According to the announcement dated 2 February 2026, the listing and permission to deal in these notes are expected to become effective on 3 February 2026. The notes will be offered only to professional investors, in offshore transactions outside the United States, pursuant to Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933.
