STERLING GP (01825) announced that Mr. Xiao Yiming has resigned from his position as an Executive Director. Mr. Xiao will continue to serve as a director for several of the company's subsidiaries.

Additionally, Ms. Gao Yuanyuan has resigned from her roles as an Independent Non-executive Director, Chairman of the company's Remuneration Committee, member of the Audit Committee, and member of the Nomination Committee. Both resignations will take effect from January 30, 2026.
