MOG Digitech Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 1942) announced the resignation of Executive Director Ms. Tang Tsz Yuet, effective 20 January 2026, citing her need to allocate more time to other commitments. Following her departure from the board, Ms. Tang will continue to serve as a director of certain subsidiaries of the company. She has confirmed that there is no disagreement with the Board and no matter requiring the attention of shareholders or the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The company expressed gratitude for Ms. Tang’s contributions during her tenure. As of the date of the announcement, the board comprises four executive directors, namely Mr. Deng Zhihua (Chairman and Co-chief executive officer), Mr. Chen Yongzhong (Co-chief executive officer), Mr. Mo Mingdong, and Mr. Zhou Yue, along with three independent non-executive directors, namely Mr. Yau Tung Shing, Ms. Chen Wen, and Mr. Gao Hongxiang.
