Hong Kong Robotics Group Holding Limited (“HK Robotics”) on 16 July 2026 issued a notification to non-registered shareholders confirming that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025/26 Annual Report, accompanying circular and proxy form are now accessible on both the company’s website (www.hkrobotics.ai) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board, represented by Executive Director Mr Li Haitao, recommends shareholders and the investing public consult the online documents (“Website Version”). Stakeholders who experience difficulties with email notifications or online access may request hard copies free of charge by completing and returning the enclosed request form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 370-ecom@vistra.com.
