CHINA POWER (02380) has announced that on July 3, 2026, its indirectly non-wholly owned subsidiaries, Yuanda Engineering and Yuanda Water, entered into an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction contract with Tea Garden Power Generation.

Under the terms of the agreement, Yuanda Engineering and Yuanda Water will undertake the system design, equipment procurement, construction, installation, and provide additional technical support services for the flue gas desulfurization system at the Tea Garden Power project.

The total contract value for these works and services is set at approximately 146.8 million yuan.
