Shouhui Group Limited released an announcement on 2 July 2026 detailing the current composition of its Board of Directors and the leadership of its three key Board committees.

The Board now comprises four Executive Directors—Yao Guang, Liwei Han, Li Liu and Jianting Li—alongside one Non-executive Director, Byron Ye, and three Independent Non-executive Directors, Gang Shen, Haiquan Wu and Yuanxin Zhang.

Committee assignments are as follows: • Audit Committee: Chaired by Yuanxin Zhang with Gang Shen and Haiquan Wu serving as members. • Remuneration Committee: Chaired by Gang Shen with Haiquan Wu and Yuanxin Zhang as members. • Nomination Committee: Chaired by Yao Guang with Li Liu and Jianting Li as members, and Gang Shen participating.

The updated structure is effective immediately, providing clear delineation of responsibilities across audit, remuneration and nomination matters.
