Sichuan Express (00107) announced that the toll collection period for the Chengdu Chengbei Exit Expressway ("Chengbei Exit Expressway") invested by its controlling subsidiary Chengdu Chengbei Exit Expressway Co., Ltd. (in which the company holds a 60% stake) will expire on September 17, 2025. According to the notice from Sichuan Provincial Department of Transportation, toll collection on the Chengbei Exit Expressway will cease from 24:00 on September 17, 2025, and all vehicles passing through this road segment will be exempted from toll fees. The company will ensure timely termination of toll collection in accordance with the unified deployment of the competent authorities and handle subsequent related work accordingly. The Chengbei Exit Expressway generated total toll revenue of 103.297 million yuan in 2024, representing a relatively small proportion of the company's total toll revenue of 4.777 billion yuan in 2024.
