WELLCELL HOLD (02477) has announced that, effective April 17, 2026, Mr. Li Shihua has resigned from his position as an executive director and will no longer serve as the Chairman of the company's Investment Committee. This decision is due to his intention to dedicate more time to other business commitments. Following his resignation, Mr. Li will continue his roles as a director of WELLCELL HOLD Technology (Hong Kong) Limited and as a director and legal representative of Shenzhen Jingwei Yunlian Technology Co., Ltd., both of which are wholly-owned subsidiaries of the company. Subsequent to Mr. Li's departure, the composition of the Investment Committee was modified effective April 17, 2026, as follows: (i) Mr. Li ceased to be the Chairman of the Investment Committee; (ii) Executive Director Mr. Zhang Xiaolong has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Investment Committee, succeeding Mr. Li; and (iii) Independent Non-executive Director Mr. Chan Wai Duen has been appointed as a member of the Investment Committee.
