Huishang Bank Corporation Limited will convene its 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) at 09:00 on 30 June 2026 in Hefei, Anhui Province. Shareholders whose names appear on the register at the close of business on 29 May 2026 are entitled to attend and vote; the register will be closed from 31 May to 30 June 2026.
Key ordinary resolutions include: • Approval of the 2025 final financial accounts. • Endorsement of the 2026 capital-expenditure budget. • Ratification of the 2025 profit-distribution plan, featuring a cash dividend of RMB2.50 (tax-inclusive) per 10 shares, totalling roughly RMB3.47 billion based on 13.89 billion outstanding shares. • Appointment of external auditors for 2026. • Approval of the 2025 work reports of the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors, and determination of 2024 remuneration standards for executive directors and certain supervisors.

All substantive AGM resolutions will be decided by poll, with results published on the websites of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing and the Bank. The meeting agenda also encompasses supervisory appraisals of the Board, directors, supervisors and senior management, the independent non-executive directors’ duty report, and a review of related-party transactions and prior shareholder resolutions.
The current Board comprises one executive director, seven non-executive directors and six independent non-executive directors.
