Isetan Holdings Limited announced that its issued share capital remained unchanged at 453.40 million ordinary shares with zero treasury shares as of Dec, 31 2025, according to the company’s monthly securities movement report filed on Jan, 05 2026.

The filing also showed that up to 41.03 million additional ordinary shares may be issued under the 2022 Performance Share Plan adopted on Jan, 31 2023, although no shares were issued or transferred during the reporting month.

The Singapore-incorporated company added that, consistent with Singapore company law, it does not have an authorised share-capital concept or par-value shares.
