Extrawell Pharmaceutical Holdings Ltd (00858) has announced the granting of share options to three directors and one service provider.

The company stated that on October 21, 2026, it granted share options to three directors, namely Dr. Xie Yi, Ms. Wang Xiujuan, and Mr. Wu Xiangyun, as well as one service provider, Dr. Mao Yumin.

The share options will entitle the grantees to subscribe for a total of 92 million ordinary shares of HK$0.01 each in the company's share capital, with an exercise price of HK$0.0726 per share.
