According to the company, Mr. Sit confirmed no disagreement with the board and no other matters requiring further attention. The board expressed appreciation for his contributions.

Mr. Zhang Guocheng, an executive director, has been appointed as an authorised representative on the same date to fulfill pertinent requirements under the Listing Rules.
