Wong’s Kong King International (Holdings) Limited (WKK International) released an announcement on 22 March 2026 detailing the current make-up of its Board of Directors and the membership of its three standing committees.

The Board now consists of seven members, including three executive directors and four independent non-executive directors. Executive leadership is headed by Chairman Wong Senta, with Deputy Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Wong Ava and Deputy Chairman Wong Orangeo Wendy completing the executive slate. Independent non-executive oversight is provided by Tse Wan Chung Philip, Leung Kam Fong, Yip Wai Chun and Lam Yiu Wing Andrew.
