The board urges shareholders to access the online (“Website Version”) report, highlighting the group’s commitment to electronic communication.

Key arrangements for non-registered shareholders:

• Notification method: A bilingual notice of publication will be sent by email or post, provided the shareholder’s intermediary (bank, broker, custodian or HKSCC Nominees) has supplied a functional email or postal address. • Printed copies on request: Shareholders who experience difficulty accessing the online report—or who prefer hard copies—may complete and sign the enclosed Request Form and return it to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Requests may also be emailed to 643-ecom@vistra.com. Printed copies are provided free of charge. • Future communications: By submitting the Request Form, shareholders may elect to receive all subsequent corporate communications in English, Chinese or both languages in printed form. The preference remains effective until amended or until the end of the company’s next financial year, whichever occurs first.
