Future Data Group Limited disclosed on 22 July 2026 that it issued and allotted 4.80 million new ordinary shares on 21 July 2026 upon the exercise of share options by an eligible participant who is not a director. These shares were issued at HKD 0.81 per share and are fully listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s GEM board.

The transaction increased Future Data’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) from 550.68 million shares to 555.48 million shares, representing a 0.87% expansion. No treasury shares were involved, and the company confirmed there were no share repurchases, redemptions, or on-market sales of treasury shares during the period.

The board affirmed that the share issuance complied with all applicable listing rules, legal requirements, and corporate authorizations, with full payment received for the newly issued shares.
