On 27 Mar 2026, VEEKO INT'L published its latest circular in both English and Chinese on the company website (www.irasia.com/listco/hk/veeko/index.htm) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). The board is urging registered shareholders to access the digital version and to update their preferred method of receiving all future corporate communications.

Shareholders who have previously elected to receive hard copies have been mailed the printed circular. Those encountering difficulties with email notifications or online access may obtain printed copies of the current and future documents free of charge by completing and returning the enclosed request form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 1173-ecom@vistra.com.

The notice reiterates that providing a functional email address is each shareholder’s responsibility. Until a valid email is registered, notices of publication and all actionable corporate communications will be dispatched in printed form only.
