Bamboos Health Care Holdings Limited disclosed a clarification regarding its final dividend proposal for the year ended 30 June 2025. According to the latest announcement dated 24 October 2025, the correct proposed distribution is HK1.5 cents per ordinary share.

The company noted a typographical mistake in its annual general meeting circular, which incorrectly stated the dividend amount as HK2.5 cents. Apart from this correction, all other information in the annual results announcement, annual report, and associated circular remains unchanged.
